How to sign in (Uphold login)

Follow these steps on the Uphold website or mobile app for a successful uphold login.

   Open the Uphold sign-in page

   Go to uphold.com or open the Uphold app and tap "Sign in".

   Enter email and password

   Type the email address tied to your account and your password. Avoid public or shared devices if possible.

   Complete 2‑Factor Authentication (2FA)

   If you enabled 2FA, approve the prompt or enter your code from an authenticator app.

   Check for confirmation

   On success you'll see your Uphold dashboard. If you see an error, try the troubleshooting tips below.

Troubleshooting common issues

• Forgot password: Use the "Forgot password" link to reset via email.
• Can't receive 2FA codes: Check your authenticator app, or use backup codes stored when you set up 2FA.
• Account locked: Follow Uphold's account recovery process and contact support if needed.
